Extract works similarly to the Expand Selection command, but instead of changing the scales of the current graph, it creates a new, entirely seperate graph, with those parameters. It copies all of the information, including the expression itself from the current graph. The title of this graph will be the same as it’s ‘parent’ but with the word (Extract) appended.
